Terms you agree to when prepaying for media services:

All payments under the Bulk Prepaid Services Plan are subject to the following refund conditions:

• Ten percent (10%) of the amount paid by the customer is a non-refundable deposit and is not eligible for cash refund. This remaining non-refundable deposit will stay on the customer’s account as service credit and can still be used for media services.

• The promotional or bonus credits added to the account above the amount paid are not purchased funds and are not refundable.

• Upon any refund request, promotional credits will be removed, and refunds will be limited to the refundable portion of the original payment (90%).

• Remaining non-refundable deposit funds will stay on the customer’s account as service credit and can still be used for media services.

• Payments for this plan require cash or check.
